  • Condition of item: Items must be unused, in original condition, with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase: A receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Items Eligible for Return

We accept returns for most products including:

  • Regular-priced items purchased directly from Elite Pro.

  • Products that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Items in original condition, with all components included.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or operational reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at checkout.

  • Gift cards or digital products.

  • Products showing obvious signs of misuse, modification, or improper handling.

  • Items returned without original accessories, parts or packaging (unless previously authorized by us).

4. Return Process – How it Works

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

    • Order number

    • Product(s) you want to return

    • Reason for return (optional but helpful)

    • Photos if the item is damaged or defective

  2. Wait for authorization
    Our support team will review and send you:

    • A Return Authorization (RMA) number

    • Instructions on how to return the item

    • In some cases, a prepaid return label (if applicable)

  3. Pack your item securely

    • Use original packaging if possible

    • Include all accessories, manuals, and the RMA number inside the box

  4. Ship the item

    • Follow the instructions we provide

    • We recommend using a shipping service with tracking

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged item, defective, wrong item) → We cover the return shipping costs and/or provide a prepaid label.

  • If the return is due to change of mind, incorrect size/color, or similar reason → You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
    Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated by our team.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.).

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Note: We may issue partial refunds if:

At this time, Elite Pro does not process direct product exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, please request a refund following the process above, then place a new order for the desired product.

9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include photos of the product and the packaging.

  • We will review your case and offer a solution, which may include:

    • Replacement of the item

    • Store credit

    • Full refund

Our priority is to handle issues quickly and fairly.

10. Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation of your order before it has shipped:

  • If the order hasn’t been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
